3D printing

Traditional drawings or 3D renderings are Lack of realistic tactile feeling. With 3D printing technology. customers can hold the prototype to feel the curve of buttons, material and surface of the finished housing (such as texture etching and high-gloss treatment), and Check whether the position and size of the silk -print icons are appropriate.

Non-functional samples: Made from cost-effective materials like resin or PLA, these are used solely to verify (outer dimensions) and assembly gaps (commonly known as "cosmetic mockups")
Fully functional samples: Printed with production-grade materials such as nylon or specialized resins, these can integrate actual PCBs and silicone keypads to test key travel. tactile feedback, and battery compartment smoothness
